AN ACT relating to school finance and auditing; creating the school finance and audit department

within the legislative department of government; prescribing duties pertaining to school finance

and school and state agency audits; transferring legislative management audit and school finance

audit functions; providing appropriations; providing funds, positions and function transfers;

specifying intent; and providing for an effective date.
