AN ACT relating to the Veterinary Practice Act; providing definitions; modifying licensing

qualifications and procedures; modifying the composition of the board of veterinary medicine;

allowing supervision of certain veterinary practices; modifying scope of practices covered by the

act; modifying disciplinary actions; providing penalties; repealing obsolete and inconsistent

provisions; and providing for an effective date.
