FISCAL NOTE (HB0018)

This bill contains an appropriation of $300,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Game and Fish Commission.

It is assumed the Game and Fish Commission can negotiate with landowners to participate in pilot projects.

The Animal Damage Management Board could see a slight decrease in revenues to and expenditures from the special revenue account used to fund projects approved by the Board. Due to the limited scope and the unknown locations of the proposed pilot projects, this potential fiscal impact is indeterminable. The Board does not believe this potential impact would be a significant amount.
