Funding for training seminars and educational programs identified in new sections, W.S. 9-4-218(v) and (vi).

 

Assumptions:

 

The bill states that amounts expended under the proposed new section (vi) of W.S. 9-4-218 shall not exceed $100,000 per year.

 

It is assumed that the maximum amount allowed by W.S. 9-4-218(vi) is awarded each year.

 

An exception budget request of $750,000 to the federal natural resource policy account is included in the Governor’s recommended budget for the 2005-06 biennium.
