See attached Addendum.  Passage of the bill could potentially reduce future litigation over the value of “intangible personal property” in state-assessed companies and could reduce the risk of revenue decreases that could affect local governments, schools, and the School Foundation Fund. The potential impact to administrative costs and the potential impact to revenues are indeterminable.
