This bill contains an appropriation of $40,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the Wyoming Wildlife Legacy Trust Account.

Source of revenue increase: Investment income from the $40 million appropriated to the Wildlife Legacy Trust
Assumptions:
Interest up to 5% of Wildlife Legacy Trust corpus will be annually credited to the Wildlife Legacy Trust Income Account. Interest above 5% will be retained in the Wildlife Legacy Trust corpus.
The above estimates assume the Wildlife Legacy Trust will be invested in the State Agency Pool, and assume annual rates of return of 4.4% in FY05, 4.6% in FY06, and 4.8% in FY07, based on January 2004 CREG projections.

Assumptions:
It is assumed that investment income from the Wildlife Legacy Trust would be available for expenditure from the Wildlife Legacy Trust Income Account in the following fiscal year.
The above estimates assume all investment income in the Wildlife Legacy Trust Income Account would be budgeted and expended by the Wyoming Game & Fish Commission annually, in accordance with language proposed in W.S. 23-1-504(a)(i)-(v).
