This legislation directs 100 percent of the disposition of these fees to the Enterprise Fund. Currently, 20 percent of the fees are deposited in the General Fund and 80 percent are deposited in the Enterprise Fund.

Assumptions:
The annual dollar amount is an average of the amount collected and directly deposited (20% of total fees collected) by the agency to the general fund for FY01, FY02 and FY03.
