The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

 

 

It is not clear whether recovery projects such as "workovers", "recompletions" and a variety of injector techniques could qualify for the severance tax credits. In addition, it would be pure speculation as to the projects that would be approved. Given these issues, it is not possible to complete an accurate fiscal impact.
