This bill contains an appropriation of $10,350,000 from the GENERAL FUND.

This bill contains an authorization of 3 (time-limited) Full-Time positions.

 

This appropriation will result in a non-administrative and administrative expenditure increase, as shown below:

Source of expenditure increase:

 

• $10,000,000 direct payments to hospitals (non-administrative impact)
• $350,000 for administration and study (administrative impact)

 

 

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does modify state agency budgets and current personnel authorizations.
