FISCAL NOTE (SF0046)

This bill amends W.S. 9-2-1010 to no longer require the Budget Division of A&I to assist the Secretary of State, the State Auditor, the State Treasurer and the Superintendent of Public Instruction with budget and fiscal processes. If these agencies would have to provide their own fiscal services, some of these agencies could be impacted administratively. Those agencies are listed below.

If W.S. 9-2-1010 was not amended but remained as currently stated in statute, and the Budget Division continued to provide services to the elected officials, there would be no significant fiscal or personnel impact.
