FISCAL NOTE (SF0051)
The non-administrative fiscal impact is indeterminable.
The only non-administrative impact to report might be the potential for an increase in various revenue streams. Having in-house counsel should shorten the timeframe for negotiating and reviewing various investment type contracts. This could enable the Treasurer’s Office to engage in investment opportunities at an earlier date which in turn may allow for additional revenues to the state.
