Catch Title:       Industrial development bond fees.

 

Subject:  Fees collected by the Wyoming business council relating to state investments in industrial development bonds.

 

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Under current law the Wyoming business council is to assess fees for reviewing projects and making recommendations for state investment in industrial development bonds for the projects.

 

·        Those fees are deposited in the general fund under current law.  Under this bill the fees would be deposited in a separate account and are continuously appropriated to the business council to pay for the cost of the services provided by the council.

· Report Required – The state treasurer and business council are to include within a report currently required, expenditures of funds continuously appropriated under the act.
