Title: Industrial development bond fees.
Subject: Fees collected by the Wyoming
business council relating to state investments in industrial development bonds.
Summary/Major
Elements:

Under current law the Wyoming business council is to assess fees for
reviewing projects and making recommendations for state investment in
industrial development bonds for the projects.

Those fees are deposited in the general fund under current law. Under this bill the fees would be deposited
in a separate account and are continuously appropriated to the business council
to pay for the cost of the services provided by the council.
Comments:
· Report Required – The state treasurer and business council are to include within a report currently required, expenditures of funds continuously appropriated under the act.
