·        Under current law, state park certified law enforcement officers are excluded from the definition of "peace officer" in Title 6 of the Wyoming Statutes.

 

·        This bill includes state park superintendents, assistant superintendents and full-time park rangers who are certified law enforcement officers within the definition of "peace officer" in Title 6.
