Subject:  Amends definition for age of majority and authorizes semi-monthly payment of temporary total disability benefits.

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

This act:

 

Specifies that, in cases involving a worker's permanent total disability or death, benefits for dependent children terminate at age 18 or, for children enrolled in school, at age 21.

 

Provides that the temporary total disability benefit be paid semi-monthly rather than monthly.
