Catch Title: Workers' compensation-amendments.

Subject: Amends definition for age of majority and authorizes semi-monthly payment of temporary total disability benefits.

Summary/Major Elements:

This act:

• Specifies that, in cases involving a worker's permanent total disability or death, benefits for dependent children terminate at age 18 or, for children enrolled in school, at age 21.

• Provides that the temporary total disability benefit be paid semi-monthly rather than monthly.
