Subject: Amends calculation of and requirements for temporary light duty benefit.

Summary/Major Elements:

This act:

• Amends temporary light duty ("TLD") benefit to 80% of the difference between pre-injury wage and light duty wage;

• Extends TLD period to one year for any one injury;

• Makes the TLD benefit non-chargeable to the employer's claims experience rating;

•  Clarifies TLD procedural requirements.
