Catch Title: Wyoming air services enhancement funding.

Subject: Extends the appropriation for the Wyoming air services enhancement account.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Authorizes the Wyoming business council to enter into agreements with local governments to provide air service enhancements and requires the local entity to provide matching funding for the air service enhancements.

· Authorizes the council to enter into an agreement with the Wyoming aeronautics commission to develop criteria for bids and contracts for financial aid for air service enhancements.

· Extends the funding in the Wyoming air services enhancement account through June 30, 2006.

Comments:

· Requires the Wyoming business council to report to the joint minerals committee by September 30, 2004.
