·        The federal natural resource policy account was created to provide the state and local governments the ability to take necessary actions in response to federal land, water, air, mineral and other natural resource policies affecting state interests;

 

·        Account expenditures are expanded to include training seminars for state and local government officials and employees on the federal National Environmental Policy Act.
