Catch Title: Statewide education technology network participation.

Subject: Participation in the statewide education technology network (Wyoming Equality Network or WEN) connecting all public schools, community colleges and the University of Wyoming by video-telecommunications.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Authorizes participation by private schools if network capacity is sufficient and if accessing schools reimburse the state for costs of services provided through the network.
