•  Officially recognizes November 11^th as Veterans Day;

•  Requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation requesting proper observance of Veterans Day" and requesting veterans' organizations to conduct proper exercises in the schools in observation of the contributions and sacrifices of veterans.
