Subject:  Amends the business ready community program administered by the Wyoming business council.

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        This bill amends the business ready community program established by the 2003 legislature by:

 

Clarifying that the council shall establish by rule a maximum annual amount for grants or loans; and

 

Authorizing grants or loans for projects lasting up to three years, if approved by the state loan and investment board.
