Catch Title:       State parks and historic sites-fee disposition.

 

Subject:  Use of fees collected for state park and historic site permits.

 

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Provides that all fees from the sale of permits to use state parks and related sites are to be deposited in a capital construction account for projects at state parks and related sites.  Previously 80% of those fees were deposited in that account, with 20% to the general fund.

 

·        Authorizes the fees to be used for site interpretation exhibits as well as capital construction.
