Subject:  Complimentary game licenses for use by persons eighteen (18) years of age or younger with life threatening illnesses.

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Authorizes the game and fish commission upon payment of proper fees to issue a limited number of complimentary game licenses to nonprofit charitable organizations for use by persons eighteen (18) years of age or younger with life threatening illnesses.

 

 

Comments:

 

·  The department shall provide an annual report to the joint travel, recreation, wildlife and cultural resources interim committee regarding the distribution and use of the complimentary licenses.
