Catch Title: Carbon storage-extension.

Subject: To extend the provisions for the carbon sequestration advisory committee.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Extends the repeal date of the carbon sequestration advisory committee from July 1, 2004 to July 1, 2009.

· Provides an appropriation of $35,600 for the committee to continue its work (Committee advises the Dept. of Agriculture on policies or programs to enhance the ability of Wyoming agricultural and forest landowners to participate in systems of carbon trading).
