Subject:  Provides for the filing of feeder's and breeder's lien laws with the Secretary of State.

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Old law required persons filing a lien for unpaid livestock feed or breeding services with the county clerk.

 

·        New law will require the filing of feeder's or breeder's liens with the secretary of state (similar to central filing for crop liens, etc.).
