Subject: Bonding requirements for private schools licensed by the state department of education.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Private school licensing law requires submission of performance bond of not less than $100,000;

· For private elementary and secondary schools and private, non-degree granting post secondary education schools, required bonding amount is reduced to $10,000.
