Catch Title: University of Wyoming endowment fund.

Subject: Modifies the University of Wyoming endowment challenge account as specified.

Summary/Major Elements:

· This bill:

· Extends the donation period applicable to gifts made to the University of Wyoming endowment challenge account from December 31, 2005 to December 31, 2006 and the collection period for a qualifying gift from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2011;

· Postpones the date that unexpended appropriated state funds in the university endowment challenge account revert to the general fund from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2011;

· Provides an appropriation of $20 million into the University endowment challenge account.
