Catch Title: Deposit of monies by circuit courts.

Subject: Accounts holding monies from fines, forfeitures and costs paid into circuit courts.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Current law requires that monies paid into circuit courts be deposited in financial institution accounts which earn interest. This bill removes the requirement that the accounts earn interest.
