(B)  Provides information of the proposed settlement agreement specifying the amount of the award that is attributable to direct economic damages, punitive damages and noneconomic compensatory damages; and

 

(C)  The attorney general, after reviewing the proposed settlement agreement, agrees to and approves the proposed settlement agreement.".
