(ii)  The amount of reimbursement to any legislator shall be in an amount equal to one-half (1/2) of the purchase price of the device, but not to exceed two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00);

(iii)  Expenses shall be reimbursed upon submission to the legislative service office of a verified claim form and purchase receipt;

(iv)  Unexpended funds appropriated under this subsection shall revert to the general fund on July 1, 2006;

(v)  The select committee on legislative technology, in consultation with the legislative service office information technology staff, shall specify an approved personal digital assistants (PDA) or similar device for reimbursement under this section.".
