"Section 2. Thirty million four hundred thousand dollars ($30,400,000.00), or as much thereof as is necessary, is appropriated from the budget reserve account to the board of land commissioners for the purposes of this act.".

Page 4-line 16 After "lands." insert "The board shall obtain the appraisal from an independent appraiser as determined by the board.".
