AN ACT relating to hospitals; providing for payments to hospitals for unreimbursed catastrophic care, as specified; providing for a study of unreimbursed catastrophic and trauma care; specifying duties of the Wyoming health care commission in conducting a study; requiring reports; providing appropriations; and providing for an effective date.
