AN ACT relating to Medicaid and public school funding; requiring school districts to obtain Medicaid funding for special education programs and services provided students enrolled in school health program; authorizing state medical assistance for programs and services under the school health program; including Medicaid funds received by districts in computation of local district resources under the foundation program; providing an appropriation; requiring reports; and providing for an effective date.
