AN
ACT relating to the Child Safety Restraint Act; limiting the definition of
"passenger vehicle" as specified; authorizing a child to be a
passenger in the front seat of a vehicle under certain conditions; requiring
the use of child restraints as specified; providing a definition; and providing
for an effective date.
