A JOINT RESOLUTION requesting Congress to modify the USA PATRIOT Act to protect civil

liberties, exempt libraries and bookstores from compliance with the act, enforce sunset provisions of

the act and repeal or rescind orders and provisions that impinge upon civil liberties.
