AN ACT relating to the transfer of consumer health services as specified; transferring the authority

for implementation of the Wyoming Food, Drug and Cosmetic Safety Act and the public pool and spa

 health safety program from the department of agriculture to the department of health; retaining the

meat inspection program within the department of agriculture; conforming provisions; transferring

personnel, property, equipment and authority as specified; providing for the validity of program

rules, regulations, contracts, agreements or other obligations as specified; and providing for an

effective date.
