AN ACT relating to insurance; amending provisions relating to the regulation of insurers;

modifying provisions relating to actuarial opinions of reserves; authorizing the use of electronic

systems for holding and transferring securities; authorizing other electronic filings; prohibiting

certain indemnification agreements; amending filing and other deadlines; and providing for an

effective date.
