AN ACT relating to school finance; establishing a grant program for school districts providing

summer school remediation and intervention programs; prescribing program criteria and

administration; granting districts authority; imposing duties upon and delegating rulemaking

authority to the department of education as specified; providing an appropriation; and providing for

an effective date.
