AN ACT relating to economic development; creating  the Wyoming economic resource initiative

program; establishing a board; authorizing investment pools; authorizing credits against insurance

premium taxes for investments as specified; providing criteria; authorizing a single economic

resource initiative provider; requiring investment of pool offset amounts as specified; authorizing

fees; requiring reports; providing definitions; and providing for an effective date.
