AN ACT relating to health care; authorizing a study of avoidable medical errors and the creation of a

 system to compensate victims of medical errors; specifying duties of the Wyoming health care

commission in conducting the study; requiring reports and recommendations; providing an

appropriation; and providing for an effective date.
