AN ACT relating to a Wyoming Cosmetology Act; providing for the licensure of manicurist or nail

technicians, estheticians and hair stylists as specified; specifying duties of the board of

cosmetology; specifying reasons for the revocation, suspension or nonrenewal of licenses;

providing for fees; and providing for an effective date.
