Page 42-After line 21               Insert:  "(b)  There is appropriated from the general fund to the state loan and investment board five million dollars ($5,000,000.00).  The board shall separately account for these funds and disburse the funds to municipalities incurring costs pursuant to the requirements of W.S. 15-1-410(c).  The board may adopt rules as necessary to provide for application for and disbursements of these funds.  No funds shall be disbursed to a municipality until after the municipality establishes that it has incurred costs pursuant to W.S. 15-1-410(c).  Should funds appropriated under this section not be sufficient to reimburse all applicants, funds shall be made available to municipalities based upon the date of application for the reimbursement.".  MEIER, SESSIONS
