This one day meeting is to collect background information, present an initial overview, develop a common understanding between the agencies and the Committee and to determine the direction the Committee will take with the following topics. A follow-up meeting may be scheduled as deemed necessary by the Committee.
This agenda sets forth the order in which the Committee will consider each topic. The times stated are tentative – if a topic is concluded early, the Committee will proceed to the next topic. No topic shall exceed 1 ½ hours, including public comment. The Committee will take a one-hour lunch break and will conclude its work by 4:00 p.m.
