Update on use of historical horse race machines.
8:40 a.m. Gaming
1. What types of gaming will be permitted in Wyoming? Discussion to include poker tournaments, calcutta events, electronic and traditional bingo, multi-state lottery.
2. Who should be allowed to hold gaming activities? Discussion about level of non-profit involvement, allocation of profits to charitable endeavors, level of involvement of for profit hosts, restrictions on entities holding gaming activities.
3. What definitions will need to be addressed to allow the types of gaming that should be allowed? Discussion to include "professional gambling", "Calcutta", "non-profit".
4. Who should regulate gaming in Wyoming? Discussion to include providing for a new gaming commission, expansion or inclusion of pari-mutuel commission.
