"Section 10. [Increase in Per Diem]. In addition to the amount provided by W.S. 28‑5‑101(b), for the period beginning July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008, each member of the legislature shall receive an additional ten dollars ($10.00) per day for expenses for each day of authorized legislative activity. There is appropriated to the legislative service office one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000.00) from the general fund for the purposes of this section.". MEIER
