AN ACT relating to private school licensing; transferring duties from the state board to the department of education; requiring registration of all accredited private degree granting post secondary education institutions as specified; requiring notification upon first entry into state; prohibiting operation without registration; eliminating licensure requirements for nonaccredited private degree granting post secondary education institutions; imposing fees; requiring bonding by institutions under specified conditions; specifying application; imposing transitional duties on the department of education; and providing for effective dates.
