W.S. 31-3-102(a)(viii) prestige plate fee would be applied to University of Wyoming Alumni Association plates that are issued.
No attempt is made at the calculation of the fiscal impact for the University of Wyoming Alumni Association since it is a private organization.
Assumptions:
1) Assume 5,000 sets of University of Wyoming Alumni plates issued at $30 per set equals $150,000 per year.

Assumptions:
1) 10,000 plates at $3.00 per plate
2) 10,000 plates will be produced per eight year plate production period. The new production year is FY08. Therefore, the Department of Transportation will be required to produce plates in FY07 and in the following year, FY08.
