Payment of physicians and specialists for delivery of obstetric services.
Assumptions:
Assumes the Wyoming birth rate will remain constant. Assumes an average of 3,200 births paid for by Medicaid per fiscal year with an average enhanced payment of $1,140 to service provider per birth, at the federal Medicaid match rate of 52.91 percent.
