FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains appropriations of $62,406,192 from the GENERAL FUND.

In addition, this bill contains appropriations of $120,000 from the GENERAL FUND, effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $173,680 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $7,583,330 from the WYOMING TOBACCO SETTLEMENT INCOME ACCOUNT.

This bill contains an appropriation of $4,812,520 from the FEDERAL FUNDS.

This bill contains an authorization of 9 Full-Time positions.
