This bill contains an appropriation of $1,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust account.

Source of revenue increase: Investment income from $1 million appropriation to the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust account.

 

Assumptions:

 

Investment income from the trust corpus in annually credited to the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust income account. It is assumed that the investment income from the trust corpus would be available for expenditure from the income account in the following fiscal year.

 

The above estimates assume the $1 million appropriation would be invested in the State Agency Pool. The anticipated annual rate of return for the State Agency Pool is 4.34% for FY 2007, 4.53% in FY 2008, and 4.72% in FY 2009, based on January 2006 CREG projections.
