FISCAL NOTE

No fiscal impact is anticipated as a result of this bill for the Infrastructure Authority for FY 2007.  Funding for the expanded scope proposed for the Authority in this bill currently resides in the Geological Survey 2007-08 biennium budget request.

However, should the "Clean Coal" technology efforts move forward into the second year of the 2007-08 biennium, there could be additional costs for the Infrastructure Authority that cannot be quantified at this time.
